I tend to think that conscription wouldn’t be particularly effective in this day and age, and that many of today’s finest wouldn’t be fit enough (too overweight) and perhaps many with a proper bsi would rather sojourn in prison. Not sure what I’d be fighting for ? My family, sure , but what else ?
you may want to invest in a pot of high grade Manuka honey.
It's as miraculous as "they" (everyone basically) claim it to be. Very anti-bacterial, cleans up dead tissue, heals chronic wounds on legs and feet of diabetics, ...
I used it on my dog after he teared his stitches out in a brief unsupervised moment.
The result was a gaping hole with a tendon crossing the abyss 🙄
All it took was a daily fresh layer of Manuka, cleaning the edges of the wound and that was it.
It took 5 weeks to fully heal but we had zero issues along the way and his fur grew back.
First a layer of (green) clay (mix a teaspoon with a bit of water until you get a paste) to suck out the nastiness (in case your wife wants a break) and afterwards a bit of Manuka to do the rest.
Repeat once a day.
It's good to have Manuka in your home pharmacy (and also on board as it works wonders for wound healing). Mother nature is better than a visit to the NHS.
You might as well use google to find a natural cure 😉

I am sorry for the typos. No time to proof read.
Wait, did NHS ever get back to you with the cure for your rash?
They prescribed a Covid booster, right? Tell me they ordered a booster.
